By Air
Saarbrücken Airport is served by regular flights from a wide number of destinations in Europe and beyond. The airport is located only minutes away from the conference venue. From the airport there is a bus service to Homburg/Saar via Blieskastel (line R10 to Blieskastel, there change to line MS3 or 501) or a bus service to Saarbrücken Central Railway station (line R10 to Saarbrücken) from where you can reach Homburg/Saar by train in about 30 minutes.

Zweibrücken Airport is served by regular flights from a wide number of destinations in Europe and beyond. The airport is located only minutes away from the conference venue. There is a bus service from the airport to Homburg/Saar every hour (line R7)

Frankfurt Airport is served by regular flights from all destinations around the world. The airport is located ~2:30 hours away from the conference venue and has a railway station (Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbahnhof) from where Homburg/Saar Central Railway station may be reached by train via Mannheim.

By train
Homburg/Saar Central Railway station is located in the center of town and connected to the conference venue by regular bus service (line 511 direction Kirrberg or line 512 direction Birkensiedlung) or taxi. Bus terminals nearest to the Schlossberghotel are Christian-Weberplatz or Marktplatz from where it is a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Homburg/Saar Central Railway station may be reached from Frankfurt airport in about 2:30 hours.

By car
The conference venue is located at the Schlossberg-Hotel in Homburg/Saar. The town center is just a short drive away (5 minutes).
From Mannheim or Saarbrücken:
Take Autobahn A6, take Exit Homburg, follow the signs to the city center and then follow the brown sign towards "Schlossberg-Höhlen".
From Trier or Koblenz:
Take Autobahn A8, change to Autobahn A6 at Neunkirchen/Saar to Mannheim, take Exit Homburg, follow the signs to the city center and then follow the brown sign towards "Schlossberg-Höhlen".
From Karlsruhe/Pirmasens:
Take Bundesstraße 10, change to Autobahn A8 in Pirmasens to Saarbrücken and leave the Autobahn at Exit Homburg, follow the signs to the city center and then follow the brown sign towards "Schlossberg-Höhlen".
